This work exists in a space of tension caught between stillness and something on the verge of breaking through. The surface is divided yet connected, holding two opposing states that do not fully merge, but cannot exist apart.

A dense darkness rests above, quiet and restrained, while a saturated red below suggests heat, emotion, and something unresolved.
Between them, a thin band of gold forms a boundary fragile, yet immovable.
