A Memory of Summer
This piece is inspired by my memories of summer the warmth, the light, and the colors that linger long after the moment has passed.
Rather than capturing a specific place, it reflects how those memories feel soft, slightly blurred, and filled with a quiet sense of nostalgia.
Gold appears as a trace of my scars, woven into the surface. It represents the act of transforming something once painful into something that can still hold light. The work becomes a space where memory and emotion coexist where what was once fleeting is held, even if only for a moment longer.
